1. One Time Setup Fee is not refundable and is payable upfront at the time of signing of the Service Agreement.

2. Transaction Charges will be debited from the Transaction Amount on upfront basis. GST will be deducted at actuals.

3. Rental charges shall be payable in advance, Rental charges as described in scheme shall be deducted either from transaction amount or through ECS.

4. All banks live with GeenPay will be available subject to respective bank approval.

5. Any new bank that will be integrated by GeenPay will be added to the existing list of banks (subject to bank approval) with no additional cost.
